• The 3T Stalk Extractor machine removes stalks and fibers from hot fired Tea.

• In early times, separating fiber, stalk and fluff from tea was a huge challenging and a time taking task. Today, this machine has helped to overcome those challenges in the tea manufacturing process. The electrostatically charged rollers in this machine preferentially attracts the stalks and fiber in teas without deteriorating the quality.

• 3T Stalk Extractor Machine can be used in both Orthodox and CTC Tea manufacturing process. This means 3T Stalk extractor helps to extract fibers during both CTC and Orthodox Tea production.

Machine Specification

Electrostatic Tea Stalk Extractor 3T type Machine contains three Brushless charge rollers, three aluminum and three spreaders for three drums. Further, this machine is installed with an electrical unit that has a High voltage transformer, a ½ Horsepower Motor with an output of 100rpm and a Sprocket wheel set driven by Japanese transmission chain set.

The conveyor that comes for the 3T Stalk Extractor machine is equipped with 1 Inch bearing with shafting, conveyor rollers and food quality certified rigid rubberized conveyor belt. Moreover, the feed hopper with adjuster is fitted to conveyor with an angle iron frame with rotary damper, vee-pulley, and vee-belt making suitable for floor level.

Super Type Transformer Unit

3T Stalk Extractor is now available with the New High Voltage, High performance Transformer Unit that gives an extra power and high capacity for the machine to attract and remove more than 80% of unnecessary stalk from Tea compared to older Transformer unit.
