Fiber Extractor is used in CTC Tea and Orthodox Tea Manufacturing to extract the Fiber contents from hot aired tea through electrostatic process without affecting the quality of Tea. The machine uses highly polished electrostatically charged slow moving large diameter special black rollers to extract large amounts of fiber from Tea.

Machine Specifications

The Slow Speed Fiber Extractor is 52” wide equipped with 06 special type Electrostatic rollers fitted with self-aligning bearing with adjusters. Plus it has Wired light covers with bulbs & holders, felt pads fitted with covers, bubble tray, outlet shoot, feed hopper. Operated by a 3.0 H.P Motor with Vee-pully, Vee-belts, rollers drive by Japanese transmission chain and sprockets. The base framework is supported by strong angle iron frame on channel iron with 10 foundation bolts with nuts excluding cotton canvas feed conveyor.
